My son Matthew has been with Unique Care now for over 12 months and would not be anywhere else. He started out a shy person, and through the great one on one has transformed into a confident man.
He has been going to the gym five days a week, two of which he has a personal trainer, each for an hour. The other days, he walks on the treadmill for up to an hour, as well as working on the other machines. This has resulted in loosing a total of 27kg in twelve months. Still have some more to go, but I am sure this goal will be reached.
I could not get Matthew to go to respite, but now he is going every three-four months, talking about the next trip as soon as he gets home from the last one. They have been to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast as well as into Brisbane city. The next trip is for the Magic Round for the NRL. This can get quite competitive between the friends as they go for different teams, but that is half the fun.

People that have known Matthew from the days of being shy cannot believe the change in him.
